  2.  Cyclosporine A, Methylprednisolone, Misoprostole and FK 506 use in in-vitro assay as an indicator of Immunosuppressive sensitivity in pre- transplant patients.
  3. Canine hepatocyte liver and pancreatic islet harvest, digestion, and freezing, and transplantation.
  4. Mixed lymphocyte culture bioassay using colorimetric ELISA analysis.
  5. Development of anti-idotypic antibody to promote graft survival.
